(E.g., Chelated calcium 1,200mg and chelated magnesium 1,000mg per day is recommended for those with signs of hypertension or cardiovascular problems) Potassium Plus (PhytoPharmica) is safe approach since it is a food source that doesn't irritate the stomach. Recommended dietary intake 1,900mg to 5,600mg. Too much magnesium can deplete calcium, therefore a balance should begin with the Clinical Nutrients and add on up. Most people can handle an excess of potassium, but the exception is in the elderly or in kidney disease patients or those on potassium‑sparing diuretics, or digitalis, or ACE inhibitors. Athletes and people who exercise regularly need more potassium. Sweating can deplete up to 3 grams of potassium.

LIFESTYLE: A diet low in fiber and high in sugar will ELEVATE the BP. A diet high in saturated fats and low in essential fatty acids will ELEVATE the BP.

Potassium/Sodium ratio should be 5:1. The average American diet is 2 parts sodium to only 1 part potassium. Thus BP rises. Over 50 million Americans (1 in 5) suffer with high blood pressure (that makes it a national epidemic). And, 1 in 8 school-age “children” have blood pressure levels that are unhealthily high. Eating more plant foods will be a bid help. Exercise is a must. A home remedy tune-up top is to try “celery.” Four ribs of celery per day will often reduce the blood pressure quite a bit. Diaphragmatic breathing for five minutes every waking hour is also beneficial for those who breath too shallow and too rapidly (those who use only their upper chest)

Psalm 104:14 “ ...the herb is for the service of man...”

Genesis 1:29 “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”

Certainly we should heed God’s advice and eat the “seed of the herb” and the “fruit of the tree.” If God said it, that settles it, and we should believe it!

Psalm 104:14

1. The Prescription – “The herb…”

2.The Plan – “…is for the service of

3.The Person – “…man.”
